changed local flaresound to global ENT.FlareSound in env_betaflare.lua

launchflare function is server only,
added Weapon_FlareGun.Single_2001hl2 and Weapon_IRifle.Single_2001hl2 sounds,
added WeaponChecker and AutoReload functions in flare gun and irifle beta

fixed again "weapons/smg1/smg1_fire2.wav" to "weapons/old/smg1/smg1_fire2.wav"

fixed the sound Weapon_SMG1.Single_2001hl2 not playing
