Updated to match CK3 Ascendant and AGOT. Changed hair for two history characters.

16/04/25 - DNA added for new Velaryons in history. Also added DNA for Stokeworths and Hayford with Velaryon mothers. Tweaked DNA for mothers of prominent Targaryens.

29/07/25 - Brought back the character interaction to add/remove the mechanic (HVEL) when in debug mode.

Overhauled. Extreme values should no longer occur. Greater variation in complexion should occur while maintaining seed. New history characters given DNA. Setup to eventually add DNA to children from other houses with Velaryon mothers. New Baela and Rhaena DNA from AGOT+ to keep specific show appearances uniform.
