Updated to match CK3 Ascendant and AGOT. Changed hair for two history characters.

16/04/25 - DNA added for new Velaryons in history. Also added DNA for Stokeworths and Hayford with Velaryon mothers. Tweaked DNA for mothers of prominent Targaryens.

29/07/25 - Brought back the character interaction to add/remove the mechanic (HVEL) when in debug mode.

17/07/25 - Setup for children of other houses with newly-added Velaryon mothers to receive DNA.

17/06/25 - Overhauled. Extreme values should no longer occur. Greater variation in complexion should occur while maintaining seed. New history characters given DNA. Aegon III's children might not appear correctly because of bits removed from base. Will see about that.
