Updated availability dates (2007)

Version 1.2

- Fixed later underlay 221 4 car having wrong coaches.
- Resized the large logos and re-positioned them.
- Resized the smaller logos at the front.
- Recoloured the grey colour on the window surrounds.
- Remade the first class stickers from scratch.
- Added disabled access stickers to the applicable carriages.
- Remade the "Extra Luggage Space" stickers from scratch
- Added the yellow marking to the coupler of coach A
- Recoloured the front yellow colour and removed the badge marks

Updated colours to be even more accurate (decided by vote 16 for 0 against)
