Overhaul Update - Part 1

Mod has been completely rebuilt from the ground up, new config, new structuring, and new reloads. This is only part 1 of the update and more will follow at somepoint soon.


Added:

- Updated reload animation, reload sounds, and hand positions for M4s
- Updated reload animation and reload sounds for AKs
- Updated reload animation, reload sounds, and hand positions for AK12s
- Updated reload sounds for pistols
- Reload animations and reload sounds for SCAR-Ls

- M14 Reload animations until I get new ones in
