Fixing stuff for latest version of game, setting up the crash too

Reverting to May 23 2024 because it's important. This mod is no longer a back-up.

-Minor faction killer so it kills chd factions on turn 2, since it's crashing a bunch if done before that
-Added mountains of mourn regions to changeling region_group
-Added karak vrag and karak azorn underways

-Tweaked minor faction killer MCT option so it takes into account if a faction has been set as major in the frontend. Now it won't, for instance, delete Marienburg if the Marienburg mod is on.
-Updated MCT options so they are localized

-Fixed bloodthirster malakai quest

-Fixed patch mask, no more holes in northern terrain
-Grag-a-mugar hold now frozen

-Fixed challenge stone going invisible when conqurered
-Zerulous now looks like a dark fortress

-Updated province adjacencies (for geomantic web)

-Miao/Zhao need to take Zerulous for their first quest
-Fixed Miao/Zhao gotrek quest coordinates

-North mountains of mourn
--A couple new factions, flags by Partypus once again
-10 more regions for the west darklands
-Thantis Tor off the coast of tilea
-Zhao/Miao start on the eastern steppes
-Sabreskins moved to Sabre Mountains, replaced with Lazarghs now in peak pass as replacement
-Malakai got more grudges
-Fixed some norscan vassal Ai thing
-"Finished" mortis delta and scalded delta
-Added some vfx for bridges into RoC
-Probably some more small things I forgot
