added deviant roaming squads that are +100 relations with cannibals and hangout in cannibal zones
follow same logic as cannibals but are stronger and roam in squads of 3/will also raid with cannibals if a raid is triggered

changed hoods on angels
removed hoods from guardian angels
added armored hood to high angels
added red dyed clothpants

fixed crashing with recruited angels, adusted military armor colors/textures using base game stuff. added angel fist weapons to all angels which grants the ability for them to hit at a distance with martial arts, angels have hair now. guardian angels have wings that have the halo attached as well to fix the crashing issue

Adjusted NPCS, dialogue changed, added characters such as gabriel to replace phoenix, added halos to divine kingdom npcs, added 2nd halo mesh to be less bulky
