Added distiller recipe

The distiller has finally stopped breaking.
You can brew beer in the distiller.
The definition of intoxication has been changed:
1. Display. The medical scanner shows it from a certain threshold, and when interacting with the character, it is only visible at higher values.
2. If there is suspicion that someone has been drinking, you need to stand next to them and "smell". The higher the level of intoxication, the faster the drunkard will be identified.

Now the distiller can't be damaged, but it can be moved.
