fixed bugs that were causing army related powers to not work properly
reworked the main tab UI to have several sections for powers
cleaned up unused files distributed with mod to save on storage space

fixed a bug that was causing colony creation to fail and freeze the games simulation whenever I wasn't the one testing it
made it more obvious to people on outdated NML versions that they need an up to date NML version to play the mod
