Fixed minimap texture

- Started texturing the map
- Removed broken knife filter from barricades (bug made all weapon types destroy in 5 instead of 12)

Fixed spawns, had to raise them because they weren't working.

Barricades now break in 5 knife hits on top of other conditions. Spawn points can be chosen and OBJ location can be chosen.

- Started texturing certain walls
- Barricades fully functional
- Destructible walls can now only be destroyed by HE or incidiary grenades
- Spawns can now be chosen:
- Ts choose spawn point
- CTs vote on bombsite location to defend
