Additional elements:
-Kroxigor renowned regiment added.

Bug fixes:
-Fixed issue where heroes weren't recruitable from Tier 3 buildings in the Crocgar faction.
-Unified stats for renowned regiment Horned One additional units for melee and ranged.
-Fixed issue where renowned regiment units weren't registered in recruitment pool.
