- Finally made the events trigger properly, by overriding the vanilla EventSet of outpostevents.
All vanilla events are still present, but new sets have been added to the list at the top of the block. ScriptedEvent definitions were moved to a separate file. Tested the first 3 events in a campaign and made sure vanilla events also triggered.

- Fixed an error in the xml which made none of the events trigger.
