Fix for the generals hat being random for no apparent reason

savegame compatible, sorry for the inconvenience for the last hours

Full fix for WCR optimization and compatibility on updates ! Also redone all the files architectures/names to facilitate maintaining the mod in the future !


Various tweak have been done to coats and template so they all look nicer and less weird from time to time

Redone insignia for almost each category (soldier/officer/general), Admirals are almost untouched

Soldier now have three template for their insignia :
red collar, yellow sleeves and yellow peaked cap (Normal infantry units)
red collar, red sleeves and red peaked cap (Imperial Guard/Cavalry units)
blue collar, blue sleeves and blue peaked cap (Logistic units)

Officers got their jacket redone to be less golden

Officers have three template also :
Red collar with a red Peaked cap or a Kepi (Imperial Guard/Cavalry officers)
Yellow collar with a yellow Peaked cap or a Kepi (Infantry field officers)
Green collar with a green Peaked cap or a Kepi (Medical officers/Company officers)

Generals have been mostly untouched but have three insignia template overall :

Red collar and red cap/kepi or black Kepi (Imperial Guard high ranking officers)
Yellow collar and yellow cap/red kepi/black kepi (General staff mostly on the front)
Gold collar, yellow cap/red Kepi/black Kepi (Standard general staff)

For the navy, admirals have now a 50% chance to not have a sword and belt

Japanese emperor will now wear a black and gold Kepi when given command

Pop in naval bases now wear different uniforms than their barracks counterparts, officers and soldier alike, now wears the late all white summer uniform.

Quick fix for the soldier pop (they don't wear the Kepi anymore, i forgot a line in the code)

Soldier now wears the leather belt (without swords)
Added the Red kepi for officers and generals
