Fixed very specific VIS issue in one of the buildings in the playground, also added a *couple* extra details.

- Spawn jumps are a bit easier now.
- Added another small building in the playground area.
- Removed the crouch hold in the playground area.
- Final zombie TP is 5 seconds later.
- Made both bridges slimmer and the platform slower so the defence is easier.
- Added more details.
- Fixed weird invisible wall at gate hold.
- After x seconds, a help platform/staircase will appear for the kz triggers.
- Added loading screen images.

- Changed env_lightenvironment colour to unsaturated dark blue.
- Made zombies teleport later on all teleports except for the last teleport.
- Zombies teleport a couple seconds later to the playground/zm area to give humans more time to find a spot.
- Made push at the start stronger.
- Most light leaks are fixed.
- Added some extra detail to the insides of buildings.
- Changed/added some details to the outside areas.
- Massively increased the size of the 3D skybox.
