• Fixed a few more XCOM row duplicates, added in some more hacking stuff to Mec Support XCOM decks (failsafe, full override)
  
• Swapped LEU for Marauder on Mec Sniper due to unintended interaction with Mec Artillery Cannon.

• Fixed some melee abilities not benefiting from Kinetic Strike Module.
  
• Mec Templar's Rending Punch now has +15 innate crit.

• Swapped Mec Templar's psi amp to using the pistol slot. Requires Beta V32 of LWoTC or newer. Otherwise, requires Dedicated Pistol Slot 2.0 (and relevant config for it to not mess with your other classes). Removed The Gift from squaddie for Mec Templar as it's no longer needed to grant the psi amp slot.

• A few more XCOM row tweaks for Mec Support and Mec Reaper, fixed some localization issues with one of the new perks.

• Mec Templar: Redid Mitzruti's Phantasmal Killer to properly drain AP and also be guaranteed hit.
  
• Tweaked Mec Support XCOM decks.

• Skirm mec trooper 3rd row tweaked to focus more on the sting grenades, swapping the smoke perk at squaddie for bluescreen bombs and adding in Fastball and Coup De Grace
  
• Another pass at the various Mec XCOM rows to clean up a few more duplicates/shuffle some stuff around.

• A few last minute perk tweaks on a few builds.
