Ammo is now on a 0.3x factor. 40mm and mortar shells are sellable including rpg rockets.

Got done what i planned. Ammo is sellable, weapons and armor scales with condition and every item has a factor of 0.4 to compensate for that easy way off selling.

Removed ammo for now since the mod uses base values of the item cost which results in insane profit by selling ammo which is not balanced at all.
