I wasnt told there would be Black Operations in the mission briefing...

Added Black Ops soldiers, HECU reskins for the males with some custom texturework by me and Hastors female Black Ops with minor edits for optimizations sake.

I also fixed some of the normalmaps for a few character models as they were formatted incorrectly from the original game, lighting should now behave more correctly when lamps are shining on them and look WAY better, and more UV fixes for the security guard.
