Version 3.0:

• Added thumbnail;
  
• Made compatible with 3.11.3;
  
• Rewrote name part lists to be localisation-dependent - probably unnecessary, but it's what I'm used to and generally makes translations easier;
  
• Updated name formats to be up to date so they actually work;

• New - Wars named after the empire's leader for militarist empires, with 8 new formats added;
  
• New - Name formats for plunder wars (Barbaric Despoilers), with 3 new formats added.
