Fixed a small bodygroup hiccup on the ARC trooper gear model on the belt and kama pouches I didn't notice until now

Just a little fix on the armor's weight paint, most specifically the right hand armor plate

Fixed the VMT parameters for the DC-17 hand blasters material, now it should display the texture correctly without the classic purple and black checkered pattern.

-Added flex controllers for the eyes. Many people will appreciate this a lot.
