- Added a new skin - The Festive, Welina is now JOLLY (this skin was actually half done since last year but i was slacking)

- Welina can no longer play with the Umbralla

- The items Welina spits out now have proper rarities assigned to them (internally), so drops should be a lot more consistent

- Resentment ability updated for Weetie compatibility

- Welinas default skin now has slightly darker hair

- New Downside - Soggy Cat - Welina now deals less damage, works slower and takes increasing sanity drain the wetter she is.

- Resentfulness overhaul - Whenever Welina gains resentment stacks, she also takes max health damage depending on the amount of damage she has suffered. Killing the resentment target will return the max health back.

- Resentment now saves between sessions.

- Welina no longer gains resentment stacks while on a beefalo, nor can the beefalo benefit from Welinas resentment.

- Fixed Explosive Collar crashing the game, fr this time.

- Fixed Shattered Collar making catcoons deal 0 damage after it has been taken off.

- The Anti-Social downside config has been removed as it has been reworked into Soggy Cat.

- Welina now instakills rats in Uncompromising Mode and is immune to their bullshit
