Potentially fixed an issue with incorrect lunacy areas that can occur in worlds generated with the current version of Don't Starve Together

Fixed bug related to having random star sizes and the forest star on.

Bug fix

Added options for more stars and random star sizes.
Added option to use the standard Don't Starve Together lunar island instead of the shaped ones. This option does not allow for enforcement of insetting of the lunar island because of technical restrictions.

Added small and medium sizes for both stars and moons.

Added feature to include Hot Springs on main lunar island (The moon shaped one).

Added the configurable option to include a forest star island.
