At this point I'm trying anything to fix these issues.

Fixed an out of map crash where projectiles, npcs, or items falling outside the world would crash the game.

Code cleanup

Fixed index error with npc color draw set

Reworked code
Added some configs
Objects will no longer render in unexplored map areas
Items and projectiles now have proper animations
Everything smoothly moves, instead of items and projectiles only updating position per-tile
