Minor texture memory optimization.

Reduced filesize.

Added "resolution" slider to "Pixel Sharpen" user property.
Not using the pixel sharpen allows for finer adjustments at the cost of sharpnes. Without the pixelation shader comp layers have bilinear filtering applied and no way to disable it. Therefore the lines become blurry at certain noise values.
