v1.2 Bugfixes

- Player can now win bets
- Fixed broken zombie spawner in region 7

Note to self: encountered the "republish" bug again where I could not republish and it uploaded separate content pack. followed instructions in this thread to manually fix content ID and force a republish, which seemed to work. deleted the duplicate UGC.

Re-upload a separate UGC, removed old UGC from workshop.

Note to self: Didn't realize steam used the content pack's title as the ID (thought it was the name, duh), and when I renamed the content pack on the steam page it no longer let me re-publish. Play around with this later with a dummy (not visible) content pack.. need to know workshop nuances before publishing final ugc.
