Changed the subtypeId of the Fabricator to Core_Fabricator. This eliminates the mod conflicts with Industrial overhaul

Small bugfix

Fixed the inconsistencies with with crafting recipe
New recipe is 200 Uranium ingots + 1 containment barrel = 1 Enriched Uranium with a crafting time of 20 minutes

Fixed an issue with the default config

Updated the Cost of the warheads.
Mini-nukes have gone from 8 to 4 Demoncores.
Nuclear warheads have gone from 12 to 16 Demoncores
Thermonuclear warheads have gone from 24 to 32 Demoncores

The crafting recipe for the containment barrels has been altered now requiring raw Ingots rather than components to prevent fractional components.

Attempted to edit the default Config for the mod not sure if it worked tho.
