Added eye glyph locations.

Added Epilogue 2 locations. Added Clear button. Began work on a feature allowing mods to define their own teleport locations.

Using the East/West/Center buttons no longer affect your previous teleport position, thus allowing you to click Teleport Back even after changing worlds.

Removed extra items accidentally added to the workshop archive. This drastically decreases the size of the mod.
