Breaking: Changed settings for Words of Alliance - changed minimum goodwill to range, added an area check

Revamped how settings are handled (no changes for the user, just means less error-prone for me)
Fixed reset not being applied properly

Fixed targeting and added proper target validation

Mend now properly handles mechs
Ice Crystal now properly targets faraway places and goes there to cast
