fixed typo in "sm easy"
separated ClearThalamusMission from ClearRuinMission
revealed beacons in default hard preset because:
1. it's beacons. What's the point of beacon if you don't know it's coordinates, how is it supposed to help you navigate?
2. some beacons are now attached to ceiling and are very hard to find

Did some useless refactor, now i use a separate class for drawInMission settings instead of dict because json didn't want to merge them properly

Mod is now serverside
Settings are synced between clients
You need to be host or have permission 'all' to change them
in singleplayer it works as before

By defauld it uses preset easy

also i moved save, load to sm_save, sm_load
and you can specify where to save

added sm_log command for debugging

added settings

settings are stored in "barotrauma folder"\ModSettings\Fewer Sonar Markers\Settings.json

you can edit them in text editor or with sm command

type "sm easy" for easy preset
type "sm hard" for hard preset
help sm - for help, or read readme in mod folder
