Overhauled entire collision system, manually redid almost all collisions, its less accurate but should be more performant, please let me know how it runs!

Adjusted a few small things like textures and optimizations of fadeout for props.

Sprays now work on some surfaces!

Lots of new fixes and big collision overhaul that hopefully makes it run better with more players.
