Each piece of equipment has a unique buff.

Farmer: Bonus to movement speed, stamina and carrying capacity.

DPS Melee: Bonus to melee attack power.

DPS Renged: Bonus to ranged attack power.

Tank: Bonus to defense and vitality.

Ninja: Bonus to ranged attack power and movement speed. Also, special equipment will be generated when equipped. These equipment will not be fully effective unless they are equipped with the "Ninja" role. It's not that you can't use it, but...

Knight: Higher vitality bonus than "Tank".

Boss: Higher bonus to attack power than "DPS Melee" and higher bonus to health than "Knight". Although the health is set high, the survival ability is inferior to "Knight".
