* Added localization for trade value generated by entertainers.
* Commented out situation fallback for Synaptic Lathe related to the Aesthetic tradition.
* Fixed localization issue where headers in other languages other than English started with l_english. (Thanks for the report Glyph)

Archivist → Chronicling
REWORK

- Archivist Tradition has been renamed to Chronicling
- Librarian trait replaced by:
- Chronicler trait for regular empires
- Indexer trait for Gestalt empires
- Perk #5 of the Chronicling Tradition reworked: now provides +1 Unity per surveyed system (monthly)

Planetary Archive building reworked:

- Now provides 75 Researcher Jobs, 25 Bureaucrat Jobs, +6 Unity
- Additionally increases Researcher output by 5% on the planet
