Aesthetics xenophobe tradition swap "The Art of War" for "Inspiration of Awe" now uses triggered_modifier

Archivist tradition "Preservation of Knowledge" now uses triggered_modifier

- Finished the process of separating the remaining tradition categories into individual files for alphabetical ordering.

Fixed Academy opener.

Changed Academy tradition "Mandatory Higher Education" to use leader_initial_skill instead of giving new leaders experience points.

Changed some structuring and naming of files so that Academy through Cooperativity is Alphabetically ordered instead of being placed at the bottom of the list of traditions.
