-Fixed issue with quest not completing. Book open isn't currently triggered by spell tomes, but book close IS, so I have both set to complete quest, just in-case this changes in a future update.

-Removed usage of slow time voice power for custom slow time.

-Kept slow time visual effect (the blue, hazy look that stays during slowed time)

-Set substitution to delete after five seconds (thinking about extending this for the next version)
