v1.1 update

- Removed EM-28 because it was old and unused.
- Added RGM-30, a ground hugging, chaff dispensing 1x3 cruise missile.
- Added MGB-5, a mixed guidance swing wing glide bomb
- Added IRM-16, a 5km highly maneuverable anti-air missile
- Added R-2100, a very large refueling pod.
- Changed Racks on many weapons to include grippers
- Updated IRM-20 and IRM-11 to support new radar projection.

- Fixed L20 ammo belt being in wrong place
- Fixed altitude control on GB-15 and RGB-16 to prevent it from spinning out on diving to altitude
