Added gaslight iklwa, a gaslight spear.
increased rarity of vibro spear.
gaslight iklwa takes previous rarity category of vibro spear.
reason: vibro spear OP OP, and weapon diversity.

Fixed rare issue where equipping a spear in a single giant hand caused the skills menu to break for some reason.

Updated drop rates according to the new system (spears should be slightly more common than before and appear in more locations)
