Built-in movement of attacks are reduced significantly in account for the foremention mechanic

Remove Infiltrate and Blitz
Cataclysm spawn ice behind opponent -> change to spawn 4 icicles as free action

New move: Bombard - hang a very delayed ice lance in the air

Armor on Special: restrict to 3frames of choosing instead of available the entire move for 1 neutral.
