Balance:
Lucifer armour reduced from 55% to 30% to be consistent with all other levels.

Balance:
- Oil rig energy cost nerfed from 13 -> 18
- Petard Mortar upgrade nerfed from 850 gold -> 1000 gold

Bug fix:
- Petard Mortar no longer increases Thanatos range AOE attack to 4, but instead increases it by 33%. For some reason setting 3 -> 4 radius does not translate to 4x4, but 5x5. Using the new value now correctly sets the new radius to 4 instead of 5. This should make the Thanatos slightly less broken :D

QOL:
- Loop functions added to TAC-COM.

Miscellaneous:
- Added extra dialogue when reclaiming PARKER GREY (Command Center).
- Renamed the Rangers at the south bunkers to Alpha-1.

Lucifers can no longer be repaired (unintentional)

- Minor dialogue tweaking
- Readjusted zombie generators to reduce chance of infected spawning inside terrain.
- Added an event on day 50 that purges all infected. Will monitor for feedback.

Updated the flavor text of Screamers (Harpies), Shamblers (Walkers) and Rocket Troopers (Thanatos) at the Tactical Index (TAC-COM).
