Semi unique and normal spirits talent wheel skills costs spirit stones only

Spirits talent wheel skills that required: kill monster x number of y time and do mission x number of y time have been replaced with either spirit stones or item from Pagoda.
The talent wheel of the 2 Spirits from the last region has been adjuted to be in same progression format as the other Spirits.
The penalty for breaking a pact with a Spirit has been reduced to 1 month.
