For other mods that edit rooms to work, this mod have to load first.
If you using mods that give you money or contracts you don't have to worry about loading order.

To make sure this mod will be loading first:
1) start the game with this mod enabled. Save the game.
2) go back to menu and turn on rest of the mods and load saved game.

Now this mod will always load first.

You might not see changes right away, settings are being stored in memory and persist even if you close the game.
If you don't see the change after running the mod, restart your PC to clear memory.
