Frontend: Pop cap moved from models to squads as a whole
backend: everything has had useless data removed. (Ability calls that are unused, upgrades and more)

A.I: Income bonus's lowered across the board, also removed it's cheat's at high levels.

Wehmacht
Stug Ausf E. assault gun: Weapon fixed from it being corrupted due to rename.
Satchel charge: Fixed game crash from using it on Black hand, urban Assault grens and Tib troopers.

Brotherhood of NOD
A.I: picking faction now spawns in another osttruppen engineer after 5 minutes. (applies to players as well, acts as a A.I failsafe incase their engineer die's.)
Shadow team: Fix to glider movement toggle ability.

Black hand: Redemption cost change from 800MP & 80F to 600MP and 40F.
Mark of kane (MOK): Cabal upgrade gives awakened cyber legs upgrade (+0.5 move speed) and core defender has had it's health & armor pre use nerf undone somewhat.
Tib vapor bomb (MOK): Fixed it dropping its payload early as much as i could.

UNSC
Siphon building removed from being built due to issues.

GDI
ZOCOM: Zone captain tactical ion strike delay increased by 2s so there is time to react to it.

Osttrupen and GDI update
Global Liberation Army
Scud storm: cost increased from 750mp to 800mp, 80muni, 100 fuel.
DR.thrax: Stolen USA Chemical Suits & Composite NBC armor added which make's infantry and vehicles immune to the Anthrax. (Given to all thrax units baseline, Generals building has an give aura for allys.)


OSTTRUPPEN FORCES
Updated squad UI of upgrades and items.
Osttrupen trench's: Health increased by 200, armor increased and are repaired out of combat when garrisoned.
Festung osttrupen: FG42's accuracy nerfed slightly while fixing Vet 5 weapon change.
Panzerjager osttrupen: Jager-shreck package now gets the cut tank detection ability.
Assault osttrupen: M30 drilling shotgun upgrade cost lowered 65muni -> 50muni with a slight change to stats.
Sniper osttruppen: Gains increased Detection range and now has the cut body armor upgrade.
Kommando osttrupen: Merged Knights cross and Super panzershreck member upgrades.

SK-45mm: AP round stat adjustment, Canister round toggle replaced with the cut HE round toggle.
Pak-43: moved from T2 to T3 with a reload speed nerf.
Nebelwerfer: Weapon change, decreased damage, burst fires 6 rockets, has slightly longer reload, AoE size lowered.

L6/40: added the kinda cut both volley fire ability and sight package upgrade.
Hetzer 7.5cm: fix to projectile spawn point, removed the overlapping Hold fire's and MG42 pintle mount removed replaced with the cut panzer spotter upgrade.
Osttrupen tiger ace: Call-in moved from Main HQ to T4 HQ building.

Propaganda center: upgrades moved from this to Kampftcenter and is deleted. while the upgrades are merged from 4 into 2.
Early warning: upgrade now also makes Kommandant bunkers detect infantry and vehicles though the fog of war on top of it's current sight range boost to sector points.


OKW
SWS HQ's: Fixed match stats icons.


Global Defense Initiative
Infantry pop cap: Moved from models to squads themselfs.
Combat engineers: Watchtower defense added.
Riflemen squad: cost reduction from 270 to 250 manpower and stat boost to accuracy & armor pen. build time lowered slightly to.
Rocket squad: cost lower from 370 to 350 manpower, Squad size upgrade cost reduction from 175 to 150 manpower.
Grenadier Squad: 460 to 450 manpower, EMP upgraded move to squads instead of a armory upgrade.
Sniper team: gains map-wide range for bombard area ability while inside the kodiak uplink with much longer cooldown time, Detection range increased/added, Spotter range increased to match sniper, Firehawk bombing is now shown on the UI before Vet-2.
Zone troops: NBC suits given and light crush.
Commando: Stat gain on kill removed also has a cost change from 875MP to 750MP, Removed fuel cost and lowered muni cost to 50 from 125

Machine Gun Squad (Rivals): added as a platoon option.
Guardian APC: cost lowered from 225 to 200 manpower, fuel cost increased from 5 to 10, Model switch to AEC armor car, weapons now use the AEC turret, Squads inside can fight back while not taking damage.
Pitbull: cost reduction 80 to 60 fuel also gains Detection range.
MBT 6: cost reduction from 150 to 125 fuel and 500MP to 400MP.
Juggernaut and Behemoth: cost switched.
Mammoth: Squad garrison lowered from 3 to 1

Armory: model change, Armor upgrade cost lowered from 750 to 500 manpower, AP rounds muni cost removed with cost being lowered from 750 to 500 manpower. Zone trooper power pack & scanner packs give them a small Detection radius (Smaller then the sniper team)
Kodiak uplink: build hotkey moved from U to Q to fix overlap with the armory, super-sonic bombing run decreased scatter with a change to UI courser. Drop pod switched from veteran rifle & rocket to non-vet Zone troops.


Specialization: Zone Operations Command (ZOCOM)
Ammo income bonus increased from 7% to 10%.
Zone enforcer: replaces MG team, comes with NBC suit.
Zone Captain: Added as an infantry artillery option, comes with NBC suit.
Zone raiders: Damage output lowered, Reinforce time lowered, comes with NBC suits, muni cost increased from 40 to 80 muni.
ZOCOM Commando: replacement to the GDI commando, comes with NBC suit and also has light crush.
Armadillo: Replacement for the Guardian APC, comes with NBC armor also has medium crush.

Sub-faction: Steel talons
Light infantry: Cost increased from 120 to 150 manpower, squad size increased from 3 to 4, health and armor slightly increased. weapon buffs.
Wolverine: cost reduction from 50 to 30 fuel, sight range increased, Health increased from 325 to 500.
Titan: fuel cost lowered from 150 to 140 fuel, now also deals AoE damage.
MRLS: Rockets gain tracking for Anti-air use with increased rocket speed.
Disruptor: Piercing weapon behavior added, Range increased, Small AoE added and armor pen increased.
Mammoth.mk2: comes with NBC armor, Cost decreased now costs 1000MP, 150muni and 400 fuel. (from 1,250MP, 250muni & 500F)
Armory: Removed bonus's from the Upgrades to the mammoth mk.2 and made them there own upgrade.

For mother Russia: now allows production of horde that it calls in also For real text fix this time.

GLA
Technical: now when made is spawned from barracks instead of map entry point.
Stinger site (Anti-tank and Anti-air) defense and Demo traps added for defenses.
Removal of Landmines from the Worker as demo traps replace them.
SCUD storm radio site: bombardment cooldown fixed.

Osttrupen forces
- *the Reich has gotten desperate with the allies turning the war around somehow, push our allies and conquered land’s people into the fight to hold the ally’s back at all cost*
Osttrupen officer: cut Halt retreat ability added
7.5cm HEAT support gun: fixed it not having a weapon. (broke when i did the organizing on the backend.)
PAK-43 8.8cm: Fixed VIP screen using the wrong name.
Nebelwerfer: Scatter increase.

Osttrupen Trench's: Now supports larger squad sizes, 2 squads, mortar garrison while also now giving units inside +1 armor, 20% damage taken reduction with 5% faster reload and weapon cooldown.
Assault osttrupen: item slots increase 1->3 and M30 Luftwaffe Drilling 12g shotgun upgrade added as a replacement to it's MG42 upgrade.


Next up Osttrupen forces update
HQ: text changed.
Festung osttrupen: cut entrenchment tool’s added that grants new defense options.
Along with many more changes to the units and buildings.

GLA update
Soviets
for mother Russia ability now dispatches 2 conscript hordes per use of the ability.
- Horde is a 20 man unit.
- Ability cost increased from 70 -> 80 muni's per use.
- Ability duration time text Fix to display 45 seconds instead of 30 seconds..

Industry tactics: Production discount now also applies to the battle bus.
- Fixed the discount on Bomb trucks only doing MP & fuel and not applying to muni's.
- Fixed to the command bar UI passive ability text not showing.

GLA
Infantry: Pop cap moved from models of a squad to the squad itself. (so it's a fixed value.)
HQ: now has a healing aura.
Barracks: Now has a retreat point toggle. (so it can be used as a forward HQ building fully)
Generals command building and SCUD storm: updated UI text with a model update.
Workers: caches removed now has the black market "cache".

Removal of the 120mm mortar for production baseline. (now needs a commander with 120mm)
Workers: cost lowered 200MP -> 175MP
Rebels: Cost lowered 240MP -> 200MP. "Oorah!" ability changed/replaced. Weapon upgrades are now free and are faster. can now be made from the barracks.
Angry mob: build hotkey moved to D. (fixs overlap with the new rebel production in the barracks.)

Rebel traitor group: Cost reduction from 320MP -> 280MP. Pop cap reduction 10 -> 8. Item slots increased 4 -> 8.
- Weapon modernization: now spilt into picking the UNSC weapon package (high cost) and Russian weapon package (cheap cost)
- MG upgrade replaced with upgrades that depend on what weapon package you have selected.

Jerman kell and Hijacker: Moved to the barracks from the palace. also removed cap on Hijacker. (both still need the Palace built to be made.)
- Jerman kell: Unit symbol changed from sniper to the Commando one.

50mm mortar team and Quad cannon moved to GLA supply stash.
Toxin tractor: no longer has the pintle MG42 upgrade.
Rocket buggy: Added Toggleable artillery weapon as a replacement to the Salvage T3 effect.
Technical training: fixed the misspelling of workers.

DR.thrax: Toxin tractor buffs changed from Anthrax gamma. rebels gain toxin sprayers as an upgrade. RPG2-squad and scorpion tank now leave behind anthrax gamma where there rockets/shells land.
- Fix to nuclear liberation not having the bomb spawn the Radiation building aura outside of Friendly sectors and building can no longer be targeted.
- enables SCUD launcher to use Anthrax (gamma) warheads. SCUD storms: will only be allowed to use Anthrax warheads. (be careful)
- updated anthrax gamma and toxin shell’s passive’s to match these new things.

Kassad: Engineer removed from Rebel ambush now being an RPG-2 squad. Fix to the Camo netting upgrade for vehicles

Rodall: Bomb truck model changed. 240mm pinpoint round ability on jermen kell now is hotkeyed to E from (None). Fixed worker shoe's not applying it's bonus move speed to workers and rebels.


75th rangers
removal of the HE barrage from the Scott until later notice.


OKW
Medic and repair upgrades (Med HQ and Mech HQ) now provide there mobile command vehicle an healing (Medic) and repair (Mech) aura while not moving.
- Updated upgrade text to match this.

Deserter call-in: cooldown time increased from 20 -> 45 seconds. (was able to be spam abused, also because A.I abused it to)
fix for SWS halftrack intel bonuses not applying to the Mobile Mech HQ.

UNSC
M808 scorpion tank: moved from panzer command to mech HQ.

- Standard Guardian APC now also has regained suppressing fire and it's fixed.

Steel talons
Railgun accelerator ability fixed now deals the correct 2.5% damage per check instead of 250%

New factions, Bug fixs and a few Ai improvements, Polish home army event for Soviets.

Small patch

Teach the AI how to use the SCUD attack, VDV radio team abilities, AEF radio team abilities and Luftwaffe panther abilities.
Teach the AI how to tech up to Panzer HQ. (hopeful change that works)

Infantry manpower Reinforce costs changed.
Engineers: 20%
Mainline: 30%
Semi-elite: 35%
Elite/commando: 50%
This is the standard RF cost now.
Special cases: UNSC pay’s 5% more, Osttrupen forces pay 5% less.

Global Liberation Army
SCUD launcher.
- Old cost: 750MP, 150Muni, 300fuel.
- New cost: 500MP, 125Muni and 180fuel.

B18 302mm howitzer.
- Ability cost removed.
- Now has vet.
- Vet: V1 grants increased Cooldown speed, V2 grants increased Range and V3 grants increases rounds fired from 1->2.

Brotherhood of NOD
Attack bikes, Militant rocket squad and Stealth tanks now have tracking rockets. (For AA)

75th rangers
Fix to red Alert ability.
- now also Affects Team weapons.

Rangers can now Field the last Unused Unit from their Google document.
- M26 Pershing rocket jumbo added.

laser anti-air sherman (From the Laser faction document I made for TAP.)
- Replaces the M5 half-track call-in. (Tactile support company)
- Fires 45mm shells, 10 round mag.

- HMG Bunkers can now Upgrade with AT gun garrison granting it a 45MM AT gun in the hold.
- M2 105mm howitzer Vet 3 barrage Removed and Replaced with a Toggle between AT gun mode and Howitzer mode. (Howitzer mode passively fires a shell every 12-18 seconds.)
- Engineers can now build SAM emplacements.

Global Defense Initiative
Pitbull, Rocket squad and MRLS now have tracking rockets. (For AA use)
