added: Config version check for the json file to automatically add new entries with updates if neccessary.
added: JSON entry: "HologramRotationSpeed" (float) - default is 0.1 - Vanilla is 1.0 - The lower the value, the slower a hologram will rotate (only RaG BB).
fixed: Hologram collision was not working properly and resulted in some snapping objects not being able to place.

Minor script optimizations + slower hologram rotation speed is now only affecting RaG BaseBuilding Holograms.

changed: json entry names that included the name "Wood" to make things more clear and straight forward. Example: "BaseDestroyToolsWood" --> "BaseDestroyTools".
changed: Floor Hatch is now named Roof Hatch. Classname remains the same to avoid chaos. Will come up with a proper solution soon.
fixed: json arrays "BaseBuildTools" + "BaseDismantleTools" + "BaseDestroyTools" are properly working now again
fixed: Dismantle, Built and Destroy Tools will affect all Construction related Objects now, not only RaG BaseBuilding anymore. This includes Admin Hammer and Hatchet.

IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE TO DELETE THE CURRENT JSON FILE AND LET A NEW ONE GENERATE!
No changes were made to the "Materials" array, so in case you changed those, you can copy that over safely.
