+ Added the newly improved water physics to Aether mode, and water effects to both modes

+ Added Piantas and Strollin' Stu! Two different Piantas can now appear on the stage, and rarely a Strollin' Stu might stroll back and forth.
+ Added some sun rays! The plaza is now a little bit sunnier.
+ Fixed some RNG that was a bit off with the background NPCs, causing their chance to appear to be a little skewed
+ Fixed Aether mode lacking the tree platforms (I don't think this was intentional lol)
