inherited changes from reworked version:

-added new commands check desc
-modified var which determined how much up you appear when you fly off the car now its closer to car
-ragdoll now can't collide with car but it still do with wheels (have no idea how to get the wheels ent)
-fixed the bug when rm_waterdrop changed nothing

-fixed the bug when it didnt work at all lmao
-added technology from reworked version of this addon
