New and improved Outfits for Austria (by UlfDerDritte):
- 2 new caps
- 1 new helmet
- 9 Austrian medals
- A Golden Fleece medaillon

Those assets are used for:
- Monarch and Heirs
- Generals
- Officers
- Soldiers

Including early and late outfits.

- A new fancier shako
- New Bandoliers
- A new Backpack

- Reorganization of the files for better workflow
- Added a fixed kepi to remove the weird morphing in vanilla
- The Korean emperor pickelhaube now only shows up when he is given command
- Added better French uniforms
- Reworked Netherlands uniforms
- Added Dutch East Indies uniforms
- Added a new uniform for early Swiss soldiers
- Early Swiss soldiers, officers and generals now wear a Swiss cross armband (new mesh)
