This release fixes a long standing bug with bite downgrade mechanics.

Previously, Better Bites would fail to remove the zombie infection from the body-part where a bite was downgraded to deep wound.

When bandaging then removing the bandage, PZ would restore the bite because the body-part was still zombie infected.

Now, Better Bites correctly removes the infection from the body-part when downgrading a bite.
