moved hostile spawn points 10nmi closer, removed aim-120's from player aircraft. aim-54's are now the most advanced radar guided missile

FOB landing flare system implimented, carrier should be following a path now. redid the player count rigger system, hopefully that tallies correctly now to define normal/hard mode. still need to add alt spawns, and move all hostile spawns closer by ~10-15nmi
