5.15.0 - War for the Eight Peaks

* Default Short Victory rewards no longer are rewarded in addition to VCO's custom rewards.
* New routes for Belegar Ironhammer, Skarsnik and Queek Headtaker.
* Fixed Zhatan's route 1 victory condition triggering prematurely.
* Fixed Throgg's route 1 being impossible to complete.
* Reworked Karl Franz's route 3. Completion now triggers the Storm of Chaos quest battle inspired by the Immortal Empires trailer.
* Quest battles for Belegar, Skarsnik and Queek triggered by upgrading the Karak Eight Peaks landmark to maximum.
* VCO quest battles are now playable from the main menu.
