Update the Incap HUD.

Added model stroke effects and model lighting effects that are close to the original Evangelion Battlefields game.

Updated the implementation of luminous textures and removed redundant luminous textures from model parts.

Slightly tweaked the model's left-handed weapon bone position, and reworked the first-person hand model.

Update the HUD.

Fixed the model shoulder sinking issue, modified the weights and updated the HUD
