Added a 1 Minute Timer when the bug waves reach a very low bug count to stop people exploiting stingers slowly attacking gates to slowly rack up points.

Fixed the East Outer Base Gate text bubble not being removed once constructed.

Reduced how quickly the storm appears that disables player unit spawning and reinforcement.
(You still won't have long during the intermission to spawn units, make sure you're ready for those challenge rounds!)
