Update for minor fixes.

Updated for further adjustments to Ogre Kingdoms faction effects and LL traits.

- Various minor other adjustments and scope effect clean ups.

Updated for further adjustments to Greenskin and Khorne faction effects and LL traits.

Also included are minor changes to older version adjustments in an ongoing effort to go for more quality effect over quantity and still retain flavor.

A lot of minor trait effects that didn't add much to either flavor or gameplay effect have been culled in favor of strengthening other effects to give an improvement in the feeling of uniqueness to each faction.


The goal is to further enhance faction flavor while still staying thematic, within lore and avoid to much powercreep.

Nurgle:
- Epidemus; Construction cost bonus for Nurgle Military buildings.
- Tamurkhan; Upkeep bonus for Heroes, Construction time bonus for Basic Military buildings.


New Lord & Heroe trait bonuses
Dwarf:
- Garagrim Ironfist; Charge bonus (own army)

Empire:
- Theodore Bruckner; Weapon Strenght bonus (own army), Wound recovery penalty.(enemies in region).

Khorne:
-Karanak; Weapon Strenght bonus for Hounds(Heroes Army), Ambush Defence chance bonus.

Nurgle:
- Epidemus; Missile Resistance bonus for Plague Drones; Rot Flies and Plaguebearers(Lords Army).
- Kayzk; Battle Healing cap bonus(self).

Update for adjustments to the innate trait for the Dwarf lord unlocked from Legendary Grudges.

Major Update for adjustments to Beastmen, Chaos Dwarf, Dwarf and Empire faction effects and LL traits, as well as adjustments for the new factions and characters added with patch 5.0.
